Karine Fournier

Karine Fournier a.k.a. Tricot Pirate works with textiles in the public space. She holds an MFA from Université du Québec à Montréal (2021). She’s a guide and facilitator at the Musée d’art contemporain de Montréal and a counselor at Culture pour tous. She has a collaborative practice in textile / public art, and has worked namely with the UQAM Faculty of the Arts, in local non-profit organizations and with the city of Montreal.
