The garden is an ideal place for many small animals, including rabbits, mice, marmots and squirrels, who feast on it to our great dismay. We will look at ways to render a natural look when painting eyes, fur, coat, etc. We will also study the different foliage textures of vegetable plants and the appearance of soil or mulch. These subjects will come to life through watercolour : luminous colour layers, brush textures and expressive wet on wet effects, in a free-form way and with specific details.
