Camp - La lenteur - Slow Motion (7-8 ans/yrs) (Été/Summer 2024)

This week is an ode to slowness and contemplation. We’ill give ourselves time to dream, to create, but never in a hurry, and with an awareness of the process and the time inherent in each step. We’ll also get to the heart of the matter,discovering older more time-consuming ways of doing things that allow us to understand where things come from: painting with natural pigments or building our own support are just a few examples.

Afternoon workshops will be inspired by an installation by Hannah Claus inspired by the Haudenosaunee sky dome, Our minds are one. This will be an opportunity to address rich themes about how we see and relate to our surroundings.
