Marigold Santos pursues an inter-disciplinary art practice involving drawn, painted, and printed works, sculpture, animation, and sound. She holds a BFA with Honours from the University of Calgary, and an MFA from Concordia University in Montréal. She is a recipient of numerous awards such as the Faculty of Fine Arts Fellowship, as well as multiple grants from the Conseil des Arts et des Lettres du Quebec, and the Canada Council for the Arts. She has exhibited her work across Canada, including solo exhibitions at Montreal’s Galerie Articule, The Khyber in Halifax, Ace Art in Winnipeg, ODD Gallery in Dawson City, and group exhibitions at Toronto’s Harbourfront Centre, the Richmond Art Gallery, and the Montreal Arts Interculturels (MAI). She is currently represented by Galerie D’Este in Montreal.
