Learn the basics of one calligraphic style, from traditional letters to contemporary abstract explorations. We will apply the techniques of gestural movement to various subjects, and include elements of colour. Starting from basic calligraphic techniques, this course will help free up your brush handling for a more painterly approach to your artwork. Prerequisite: two sessions of watercolour.
