La photo numérique: intermédiaire - Intermediate Digital Photo (Automne/Fall 2023)

An intermediate course for students with a good basic understanding of their camera. Students will continue to explore technical parameters such as: manual exposure, white balance, studio lighting, composition, and postproduction [photoshop]. Creative components will be emphasized while such technical exercises are explored in parallel, where they will culminate in a deeper understanding of the creation of successful images that express individual students’ visual interests. The production of a thematic series of photographs is the core focus of the course and will be developed throughout the duration of the class. English, discussion bilingual. Prerequisite: Digital Photography I or the equivalent.
