An introduction to the art of portraiture for students with some basic drawing experience. Face and head studies help students develop skill in realistic drawing. Expressive and imaginative approaches to the portrait are also explored. Pencils, charcoal, and ink will be used. Prerequisite: one session of drawing. Materials are not included.
